Resolution of Commercial Disagreements between Turkey and the EU

In order to facilitate the best possible implementation of the Customs Union for Turkish interests, CPS helps to solve possible problems arising from the functioning of the Customs Union, namely those associated with competition law; intellectual property rights; instruments relating to the removal of technical barriers to trade and anti-dumping cases.
